Right from the outset, Oracle Racing’s vision for the next America’s Cup was that racing should be able to take place in 30 knots. Having gradually worked up the new 45 foot wing masted cat during the last few weeks, Auckland’s Anniversary Day regatta provided the team’s most testing conditions so far with a breeze that topped just that.
