This one is the S version which doesn’t mean sporty, though I know we all are, right? No, the S stands for small, so this fits a smaller wrist. Like mine for example… just saying.

If the fenix 7 is the ultimate, then this is the er, ultimater smart sports watch… If you’re going to call your watch EPIX then it sure as heck better be epic. It is, without doubt a brilliant bit of tech to wear all day every day. There’s some other colour options but this version offers the biggest discount as $100 off the original price.

The Solar version of the larger sized fenix 7 is an absolute bargain. The solar built into the screen of the watchface helps to boost battery life by several days meaning you really can forget where you put your charger cable.

We’ve tested this watch comprehensively with open water swimming expert Ali Wood from Practical Boat Owner magazine. This is a fabulous little smart watch with a decent discount in the Prime Day deals.

The Garmin Venu 2 is a great little smart watch, the s version has a smaller face to suit slimmer wrists.
It has a good range of sport tracking activities and monitors a host of other health metrics. This is your ideal daily companion to the gym and looks just as good for daily wear to the shops etc. I’ve tested the square version of this watch and really enjoyed using it.

Garmin Swim 2 GPS – save 27% (now £159.99, was £219.99)
The Garmin Swim watch is exactly what you imagine it to be! There’s a decent saving on this of nearly £70 and if you’re an open water swimmer or a swimmer generally, you’ll get a lot more out of your swim workouts with this watch.
Garmin fēnix 7 Solar – save 30% (now £479.99, was £689.99)
The Fenix 7 Solar is probably THE watch to get if you can’t find a Quatix. The fenix has so many functions for tracking sport and other elements you really need to take the time on site to read about it. It’s more than a sport watch, it fits into your lifestyle and brings information to your wrist that previously required multiple other tools. The solar element on this makes the battery last a few more days than the non solar version.
Garmin Instinct 2 Solar – save 31% (now £239.99, was £349.99)
I tested the Instinct 2 solar when it was first released last year and was really impressed by it. It had long battery life and a simple interface that worked well and synced with my phone easily via the Garmin App.
It’s been on test for over a year now with no complaints from our tester.
Garmin Instinct Solar – save 51% (now £157.00, was £319.99)
The model before the instinct 2, is the Instinct and it is no less of a great watch to use for sports and activity tracking. It has a highly rugged finish and is thoroughly waterproof. If you want a bomb proof sports watch then this is an incredibly good deal at over 50% off.
